Information we collect. When you fill out a contact form or book an intro call, we collect your name, email address, and anything you choose to include in your message or booking. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Squarespace) also collects basic technical data, such as browser type, pages visited, and approximate location, through cookies and analytics.

How we use it. We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule calls, and provide the services you request. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Who we share it with. We share information only with service providers that help us run this website and our business (such as Squarespace for hosting, forms, and scheduling), and with travel suppliers or vendors when needed to complete a request you make as a client. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Client information. If you become a client, your information is also protected by the confidentiality terms of your written client agreement.

Your choices. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared with us by emailing genna@mythoughtfulconcierge.com. You can also set your browser to refuse cookies, though some site features may not work.

Security. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or email transmission is completely secure.
