How it works
Intro call (15 minutes, free). We talk through what you want off your plate.
Your profile. I record your preferences, key dates, sizes, favorite restaurants, and travel style, so you only explain once.
Just text or email. Send a request whenever it comes up. I confirm, handle it, and report back.
Simple billing. Time is billed to your card on file monthly. Purchases go on your card at cost, with receipts.

Essentials
$400/month
5 hours, 48-hour response, unused hours roll over one month
Purchases (gifts, travel, tickets) are billed separately at cost. Additional hours on a monthly plan are $90/hour.

I'm Genna, founder of My Thoughtful Concierge. My background is in travel and legal support, two fields where details, deadlines, and discretion aren't optional.
I love wine, tennis, and finding the perfect restaurant or hotel that makes a trip. I started My Thoughtful Concierge because the busiest people I know deserve to enjoy their time off as much as they've earned it.
Discretion and FAQ
Your privacy is the job. Every client signs a written agreement with confidentiality built in. Your personal details, preferences, and requests are never shared.
Do I need to commit to a monthly plan? No. Start hourly and switch to a plan once you see how much you use.
How do I make requests? Text or email, whatever is fastest for you. Most clients send a one-line message between cases or meetings.
What if I need something urgently? Priority clients get same-day response. Otherwise I'll tell you upfront what's possible.
